We have carefully compiled our cleaning lists to include the most important aspects of household cleaning maintenance. We will always focus firstly on bathrooms and floors having being amazingly shiny and clean. After that, our cleaners have a list of priorities that they can work towards whilst using the time that has been booked as wisely as possible.
Our cleaners are required to pass cleaning induction modules and buddy shifts to ensure that when they arrive, they are ready to work.

Why our system works?
Well, that’s actually quite easy. We don’t take on every person who applies for a cleaning job; we are VERY selective. Then regardless of whether they have cleaning experience or not, we make sure that they are working at a standard that we think a professional cleaner should be working to.
Our cleaners are able to access ongoing training and help whenever they need and our relationship managers are there to guide them in how to achieve great results in an efficient timeframe.
Both you and the cleaner can discuss the cleaning at any time, and you also get a dedicated relationship manager in the office to discuss anything if you feel like the cleaner/client relationship isn’t going to plan. You are given the direct mobile phone number of the relationship manager for ease of contact. No waiting on hold or discussing your household with a new stranger each time.
Our relationship managers are promoted from within. They are ex-cleaners who know the challenges and timelines of tasks, and are able to discuss with you and plan cleans effectively to make the most of your budget. They can assign cleaners who are able to complete the tasks that you book in.

All of our cleaners are required to complete a training program where they are shown how to complete the cleaning tasks. This means that the cleaners we send to you are always properly trained and know what to do when they arrive to clean.
Potential cleaners are fully vetted. We have a requirement for them to be fully insured for the work that they perform and of good moral turpitude. This includes providing a recent clean criminal record check prior to commencing.
