Almikleen’s recurring cleaning services are the perfect way to keep your house looking it’s best and keeping on top of all those cleaning jobs that take up your time. Let us handle it, so you can relax on your weekends and spend more time enjoying your home.
All of our cleaners are vetted and trained properly, after that we place them through a buddy clean program where they get on the job experience with another wonderful Almikleen cleaner. When they finish and are ready to take on bookings on their own, they can handle it all efficiently and effectively.
Our cleaners are equipped with beautiful, professional cleaning products and microfibre cloths to use on your home and protect your surfaces. For hygiene and allergy prevention, they will need to use your vacuum, mop and toilet brush on your home. It’s extremely dangerous to people with allergies and unhygienic carting these items from house to house. So we follow best practice which is to keep those items in a per house scenario.
Our recurring cleaning services start from $56 per hour with a minimum of two (2) hours for a booking. Recurring cleaning services can be booked on a fortnightly, or weekly recurrence. Each time, your Almikleen cleaner will make your house sparkle. As an example, a two (2) hour booking can cover off two bathrooms, kitchen wipe over and floors vacuumed and mopped, as long as the house is already in a maintenance state.
If you are looking for monthly or your house is not in a ‘maintenance’ state, you will need to book a one-off clean as we consider that too far apart to be a regular recurring clean. Initial cleans often require deep cleaning first using extra deep cleaning products, knowledge, strength and time to bring the surfaces back to a ‘maintenance’ state where they only have light dust and marks on them.

- Human biohazard cleaning – Blood, needles, etc
- Pets clean up – faeces, urine, litter boxes etc (We do not perform pet care activities)
- Work at heights above arms reach without a safe step ladder
- Nothing that requires a heights license
- Moving large or heavy furniture items
- Nursing or personal care activities
- Home repairs/maintenance/restoration
