Aged Care Cleaning Services
Almikleen are reputable, local providers of aged care cleaning services. Our recurring aged care cleaning service is almost identical to our standard cleaning service, except for a few differences that matter to elderly people and their families:
- We have formulated some special packages that have been created for people living in aged care villas. Typically the villas are one or two bedroom and only one living area. So not as much ground to cover as a large family home.
- We can invoice directly to you, or to your Home Care Package provider via a brokerage arrangement. This can be organised by us. You only need to tell your Home Care Package provider that you would like your domestic assistance outsourced to us. Not all Home Care providers allow this however.
- If we are invoicing a Home Care Package provider, we allow time for them to pay the invoice. We offer 7 day payment terms to facilitate the payment claim to My Aged Care.
- Our services continue all year round, rain, hail and shine.
- We do not charge travel expenses from one client to another. Only a fixed rate for the time we are cleaning.
Our cleaners are compassionate, and caring. They are accustomed to working with people of all ages and disabilities. We do not discriminate and we do not judge. Our cleaners are only interested in helping you to get back on track and keep your house looking and smelling fantastic. They have been educated on how to alter their clean when medical toileting and showering aids are in use. They can also make the bed!
Almikleen cleaners bring all the professional cleaning supplies that are required to complete the cleaning. The cleaners will focus on keeping dust levels low and keeping your surfaces clean and hygienic. For hygiene and allergy prevention we do ask that you have a vacuum, mop and toilet brush in your house that is available for the cleaner to use. It is important to not cross-contaminate homes with these items, so our cleaners do not carry them.
Our cleaning services are fully insured for accidents and injuries so you can rest assured that there are no issues for you if something happens in your house.
