Aged Care Cleaning Services
Almikleen are your local, reputable providers of aged care cleaning services . Our recurring cleaning service for aged persons is a flexible, hourly rate service designed to accommodate the Home Care Package funding from My Aged Care. We can perform a range of cleaning services, and design your clean to fit within your allowed budget.
A typical cleaning service will include:
- Bathrooms/toilet areas being cleaned and sanitised.
- Wiping over kitchen surfaces and appliances.
- Dusting and wiping touch points around house.
- Vacuuming all floors.
- Wet mopping the hard floors.
The service covers off all the basics so that your house will feel fresh, clean and hygenic. For hygiene reasons, you will need your own toilet brush available for the cleaner to use.
Our cleaning services are fully insured for accidents and injuries so you can rest assured that there are no issues for you if something happens in your house.
- We have formulated some special packages that have been created for people living in aged care villas. Typically the villas are one or two bedroom and only one living area. So not as much ground to cover as a large family home.
- We can invoice directly to you, or to your Home Care Package provider via a brokerage arrangement. This can be organised by us. You only need to tell your Home Care Package provider that you would like your domestic assistance outsourced to us. Not all Home Care providers allow this however.
- If we are invoicing a Home Care Package provider, we allow time for them to pay the invoice. We offer 7 day payment terms to facilitate the payment claim to My Aged Care.
- Our services continue all year round, rain, hail and shine.

Our cleaners are compassionate, and caring. They are accustomed to working with people of all ages and disabilities. We do not discriminate and we do not judge. They have been educated on how to alter their clean when medical toileting and showering aids are in use. They can also make the bed!
