In 2019 Almikleen started as a small, family cleaning business completing regular cleans, bond cleans etc. Almikleen has grown in size since it’s beginning and we have built a reputable, Australian business that our clients trust.
As our business has grown FAST, so we know that we must be doing something right.

We have two businesses. One employs people and the other assists Independent Contractors to find cleaning work.
You’re able to choose what kind of work you would like to be offered.
We strongly believe in levelling up our own people and giving them the opportunity to grow within our company. We have career progression opportunities available from time to time that you can strive towards.
Our employees are paid weekly into their bank account.
Independent Contractors are paid as soon as the client’s funds have been received. This can be as quick as one (1) day.
Our employees are paid according to their experience level and the cleaning award. They are also paid travel allowances for time and kilometers, and paid superannuation as a standard.
Independent Contractors are paid according to the fixed rate of the job.
Our employees are provided with all cleaning supplies and equipment that they will need to complete the work.
Independent Contractors usually provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment. We do have an equipment rental programs for those starting out who don’t have them yet.
If you are applying for employee work, we will advise the locations you would be required to travel to. It is usually a 30 minute radius.
Independent Contractors can choose what areas they want to work. It may be as little as their own suburb, or as great as their whole region. The choice lies with them.
Yes, you will need to have a license and a reliable vehicle to travel to work.
You will need to transport cleaning supplies and equipment in your car as well, so it really is a requirement of performing cleaning work.
Experience is not necessary always. We do take on people with no experience, or little experience and train them from the beginning.
Being able to learn fast is the best skill that you can bring to work.
