I’ve been a cleaner for ages. Almikleen has been good so far. The training videos were pretty detailed, and I thought they covered off everything. The customers have been respectful and kind, and all houses are fairly close to my house.

In 2019 Almikleen started as a small, family cleaning business completing regular cleans, bond cleans etc. Almikleen has grown in size since it’s beginning and we have built a reputable, Australian business that our clients trust.

We employ people as casual, part-time permanent or full time employees only. 

We don’t use subcontracting in our business model. 

At Almikleen, we strongly believe in levelling up our own people and giving them the opportunity to grow within our company. We have career progression opportunities available that you can strive towards and additional training that you can undertake if you would like to level up.

We pay our employees weekly into their bank account. 

Our employees are paid according to their experience level and the cleaning award. They are also paid travel allowances for time and kilometers, and paid superannuation as a standard. 

We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment that you will need to complete the job. 

We also provide uniforms so you’re looking smart and feeling like a part of the team. 

The area that you are working in is based on the job location for the position that you have applied for. Make sure to check the locations are close to you. 

When you are interviewed, we will discuss the locations you would be required to travel to. It is usually a 30 minute radius.

Yes, you will need to have a license and a reliable vehicle to travel to work. 

You will need to transport cleaning supplies and equipment in your car as well, so it is a requirement of the role. 

Experience is not necessary always. We do take on people with no experience, or little experience and train them from the beginning.

Being able to learn fast is the best skill that you can bring to work.
